Thanks for visiting facti.ai. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Facti AI website at facti.ai, owned and operated by Facti AI LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Facti AI," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These Terms apply to the facti.ai marketing website only. Each of our products — Psitta, KYCShield, and Trusi — has its own separate terms of service, available on each product's website at the time you sign up.

What facti.ai is

facti.ai is the corporate website for Facti AI LLC. We use it to describe our company, share information about our products, and provide a way for visitors to contact us. The site itself does not provide user accounts, transactions, or customer-facing services — those happen on the individual product sites.

You're welcome to read everything here, share links to our pages, and reach out about partnerships, press, or product questions through our contact information.

Acceptable use

We ask that you use the site in a way that doesn't harm us or anyone else. Specifically, you agree not to:

You're welcome to share links to our pages on social media, in blog posts, or in articles. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine. Republishing substantial portions of our content without permission is not.

If you believe content on facti.ai infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@facti.ai with: a description of the work claimed to be infringed; the location of the allegedly infringing content; your contact information; a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us to use the site (which is zero, since the marketing site is free to access), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Facti AI LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected to your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Security Overview, constitute the entire agreement between you and Facti AI LLC regarding your use of the facti.ai website.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by us.
